Shipping Policy:
All items shipped over $100 in value will require a signature by the addressed recipient only. This policy is to prevent theft of "left" packages and fraud. In cases where an item was delivered, but "not received" and proven to be valid only credits for new merchandise will be issued. At no time will a cash refund be provided. We reserve the right to issue or not issue adjustments for lost or stolen items after they are in your possession or "delivered by the shipper". We base this decision on order history, factual information presented by the customer and our records.
Lifetime Warranty:
We strive for excellence and offer a comprehensive lifetime warrantee on all our products. We work hard to make sure everything is right. All of our products are manufactured using the best industry practices and materials. Our C-pillar panels are made from high quality fiberglass, high quality resins and offer a gelcoat finish. All of our grilles and mounting hardware are made from aluminum and are either clearcoated brushed aluminum or available in gloss, semi gloss, textured semi gloss or flat black enamel.
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of material defect, manufacturing defect as well as overall fit and finish upon receipt and come with a lifetime warrantee.
Any and all product, custom work and install warranty fulfillment is provided at our facility.
Turbo kits come with a limited 1 year warranty on parts and components.
Shipping Damage Policy:
Sometimes shipping can be rough and we take every measure possible to ensure that your items are packaged properly to make the journey. If a product is damaged in shipping, we must be notified immediately. All of our products are covered with shipping insurance. If a product is found to be damaged upon receipt, you must call us immediately so that we can inform the shipping co., as well as expedite a replacement. JMS Products Inc. will assume the shipping costs of the replacement as well as any shipping charges of the original parts from the point of receipt. If a report of damage is delayed beyond 30 calendar days of receipt there will be a surcharge of 20% of the purchase price assessed for any replacements or returns applied in addition to an expedite fee if immediate redelivery is requested. If unauthorized repairs to an item are made without our knowledge or approval, the customer will assume the costs of repair and warranty of the product will be void as we can not guarantee the work of others.. The policy also applies to custom orders.
Return Policy:
JMS Products Inc. is a maker of custom handmade car parts and we put forth great effort, time and resources into making your parts. We provide support and consultation before, during and after the sale as well as live installation support. We schedule production and maintain supplies according to our work list. We are not a mass manufacturer and work only with decisive enthusiasts. At no time will a refund be provided if estimated time frames for parts completion are exceeded. Quality handcrafted parts can take time, especially when our workload can triple in any given month. No refunds will be offered on sale items. Credits for other JMS Products can be provided on an individual case basis depending on product and availability. A 20% restock fee applies to all merchandise returned and you must attain a Return or exchange authorization prior to shipping. At no time will a return credit be provided due to excessive install and paint quotes by third party installers. Average paint and install for OEM paint is 500 for c-pillars and 1500.00 for Targa.
